Responsibilities:
  • develops a strategy for the development of OP activities in the areas of training, strengthens and develops external relations with employers and educational authorities;

  • creates suggestions for improving the educational process in the OP profile;
  • ensures compliance with the state educational standard;
  • creates conditions for the formation of students (students, undergraduates, doctoral students) of the main components of competence that ensures the success of future professional activities of graduates;
  • develops a quality system for training specialists in OP;
  • defines pedagogical methods and means of teaching in order to ensure high quality of the educational process;
  • organizes and monitors the implementation of all types of training sessions in all forms of training;
  • is present at training sessions, as well as at exams and tests of choice;
  • regularly holds meetings of the OP to discuss planned and current issues of educational, scientific, methodological activities of employees of the OP and educational work;
  • prepares conclusions on educational programs and disciplines of the OP;
  • creates and teaches courses in the subjects taught at the OP in the order and scope established by the educational institution;
  • submits to the Vice-rector for academic Affairs the OP work plans and individual work plans of the OP teachers for approval;
  • distributes the teaching load and functional responsibilities between employees of the OP and controls the timeliness and quality of their performance;
  • selects modern technical training tools during training sessions and provides opportunities for their use;
  • organizes and supervises introductory, educational, industrial and other types of practice of students (students, undergraduates, doctoral students), term papers, theses and dissertations;
  • provides course examinations and tests, as well as intermediate tests of students (students, undergraduates, doctoral students) in individual subjects, analyzes their results and reports on them at the meetings of the OP;
  • manages the research work of students (undergraduates, undergraduates, doctoral students);
  • organizes discussion of completed research projects and the results of their implementation;

Associate Professor

Responsibilities:
  • Read independently developed lecture courses, conduct practical and seminar classes, manage educational and industrial practices, conduct consultations, tests, interviews and exams, manage the implementation of term papers and theses, providing a modern scientific level in order to achieve high efficiency of the educational process and using pedagogical and information technologies;
  • Participate in the work of state certification and expert commissions;
  • Manage research work of students, student scientific societies and circles, creative teams, organize student scientific conferences, competitions, and other forms of organization of scientific work of students;
  • Manage scientific research in one of the areas of research work of the OP, research work of young employees of the OP (teachers and senior teachers), prepare reports and publish research results in the press;
  • Manage the scientific work of students, including theses, master’s theses, practices, participate in the organization and conduct of student scientific conferences, Olympiads, etc.;

Teacher
qualification requirements:
  • In accordance with the qualification requirements of the teaching staff, the candidate for the position of “teacher” must have a higher (or postgraduate) education in the specialty, have an academic master’s degree corresponding to the educational and scientific profile of the educational program (hereinafter-OP).
    The amount of academic load of a teacher is determined in accordance with the individual work plan of the teacher, the decision of the OP, the curriculum and the allocated staff of the teaching staff. The calculation of the annual load is approved by the Director of the educational program.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide planning, development, organization and conduct of laboratory, practical and seminar classes together with the leading lecturer, manage educational and industrial practices of students, monitor the results of educational and cognitive activities of students using modern pedagogical technologies;
  • Participate in the preparation of didactic and teaching materials for courses of academic disciplines provided by this educational program;
  • participate in research work carried out by the educational program, in planning, reviewing, experimental work on one of the research areas, analyzing the results and preparing them for publication;
  • Involve students in research work, assisting them in planning, organizing and conducting scientific and educational research, participate in the organization of scientific conferences, student Olympiads, competitions of student research papers, etc.;

qualification requirements:
  • In accordance with the qualification requirements of the teaching staff, the candidate for the position of “senior teacher” must have a higher (or post-University) education in the specialty or direction, usually corresponding to the profile of the OP and teaching experience of at least 3 years of scientific and pedagogical activity or the presence of an academic degree, as well as scientists, honored workers of culture, art, sports and experienced specialists.

Responsibilities:

qualification requirements:
  • In accordance with the qualification characteristics of the teaching staff, the candidate for the position of “Professor” must have at least 5 years of scientific and pedagogical experience, a doctor of science degree or the title of Professor in the profile of OP;
    The amount of training load in accordance with the individual plan is determined in accordance with the individual work plan of the teacher, the decision of the OP, the curriculum and the allocated staff of the teaching staff. The calculation of the annual load is approved by the Director of the OP.
Responsibilities:
  • carries out planning, organization and control of educational, educational and methodical work in the supervised disciplines. Conducts all types of training sessions, manages course and qualification projects, master’s and doctoral theses, and research work of undergraduates and doctoral students;
  • directs research work on the scientific direction of the OP, organizes its activities.
