Aizhan Maratovna is a reservist of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the Council on Youth Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the Presidium of the Council of Young Scientists under the National Academy of Sciences under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the Kazakhstan Association of Researchers in Education, a member of the Community of Comparative and International Researchers in Education, a co-founder of the Alliance of Young Scientists. Aizhan Maratovna completed international internships at prestigious universities around the world, such as the Universities of Bath, Reading, Cardiff Metropolitan in the UK, the University of Pennsylvania in the USA, and Ankara University in Turkey.
